Chef Stephen Eldridge

Stephen Eldridge will be focusing on meat and the wide-ranging global influences that have affected its selection, presentation, and flavor-profile in the United States. Currently the Executive Chef at Pink Pony restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona, Eldridge has extensive restaurant experience across Arizona and, earlier in his career, Chicago. He is a graduate of Arizona Culinary Institute.

“To have a goal I wrote down 15 years ago come true is crazy,” Eldridge said. “When you look at the incredible culinary influences that have crossed our borders for the past 250 years – French, Latin, West African, Asian – it’s incredibly exciting to try and capture those flavors and techniques.”
