With our 20-tap craft beer line-up, we are going after the best local brewers we can find. You’ll see top selections from Brew Gentlemen, Full Pint, Hell Town, Church Brew Works, Voodoo, East End, Hop Farm, Grist House, and others. Most of our taps will rotate seasonally, with some changing even more frequently.
Our wine program centers on quality and approachability. We will feature small production wine from some of the best regions in the U.S. – Napa, Sonoma, Columbia & Willamette Valleys – and exceptional wines from around the world. At SG, our maxim is “approachability.” Here, you can enjoy great wines, fairly priced.
Our craft cocktail program is based on top-shelf products of local distillers like Boyd and Blair Vodka, Maggie’s Farm Rum, and Arsenal Cider House. While we offer a cocktail menu, the impressive talent of our staff affords our libations program a spirit of unrehearsed creativity.
Tuesday-Friday 5 p.m.–7 p.m.
Half off all cocktails, wines and beers.

ABOUR OUR BAR PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Will Groves is, if nothing else, a proud West Virginian. He comes from Lewisburg, West Virginia, which is as cool a small town as you’re likely to find. (Complete with its own craft distillery). Since leaving his beloved hometown, he has taken up residence in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and found a real home behind the bar.
Cutting his teeth at the high-volume Caribbean hangout Kaya; fine tuning his skills in management roles at the much-smaller, craft-oriented Root 174 and at Butterjoint, the bar attached to Legume Bistro, has made him well-rounded, with a sense of balance. That sense of balance informs every part of his career, from cocktails, to how to provide a fun, informative, unpretentious experience to the guest.
Will believes in respect for ingredients first and foremost. Local, seasonal produce is one of his great joys in life and in his work, and he believes in highlighting those products whenever possible. When not at work, with any luck he will be found riding a bike or drinking coffee.
